How much is shipping?

Standard insured shipping is free on orders over $99, and $8 below that. Express (2 business days) is $14 and overnight signature delivery is $28. Orders above $1,000 always require a signature.

When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces leave our workshop within 24 hours on business days. Engraved or resized items add 2–3 days, and made-to-order settings ship in 7–10 days — the exact window is listed on each product page.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia with fully tracked, insured courier service. Duties are calculated at checkout so nothing is owed on delivery.

What is your return policy?

Return any unworn piece within 30 days for a full refund using the prepaid insured label in your box. Refunds post 3–5 business days after our workshop inspects the item.

Can I return an engraved or custom piece?

Engraved and made-to-order pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days but aren't eligible for a cash refund, since they're cut specifically for you.

How do exchanges work?

Tell client care what you'd like instead and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the courier — you won't wait for the refund cycle.

How do I find my ring size?

Request our free printable sizer or a plastic ring gauge, or stop into any showroom for a mandrel measurement. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest.

Is resizing free?

Accepted Answer

Your first resize within 60 days is free, including return shipping. After that it's covered under our lifetime warranty at cost of materials only. Eternity bands and tension settings can't be resized and are made to order.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Warm water, a drop of dish soap and a soft toothbrush restores most sparkle. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners with emeralds, opals and pearls. We clean and re-polish free of charge, forever.

What financing do you offer?

0% APR for 24 months on orders over $500, subject to approval. Pre-qualifying takes about a minute and uses a soft credit check that doesn't affect your score.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and York Jewelry gift cards. Showrooms also accept bank transfer for high-value pieces.

Are your diamonds certified and conflict-free?

Accepted Answer

Every natural diamond above 0.30ct ships with a GIA or IGI report and Kimberley Process documentation. Lab-grown stones carry IGI reports with the same 4C grading.
